Can changes be made to my order?  If you contact us before your order is shipped out, yes changes can be made as far as hair texture but it has to be the same exact lengths and hair type.

Can I pick up my order? Yes all orders placed online has the option to be picked up in the local Houston Salon Bar. The order will need 4 hours for processing.

How long does Valentino Virgin Hair last?  With Proper care the extensions and last for 2 years and the Raw extension can last 3 years.
