Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our hair products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. If you experience any concerns with your purchase, we will gladly provide store credit so you may select another item from our collection. We are committed to ensuring each client receives exceptional quality and service.
Once an order is submitted, our system initiates immediate processing. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate any modifications to orders, including changes to products, refunds, shipping methods, addresses, or cancellations.

Returns Policy
To be eligible for store credit, customers must submit return requests within 7 days of receiving their order. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be considered. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, ensuring it remains suitable for resale. This means it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. Original ties must remain intact as received by the customer. For your security, we recommend using a traceable postal carrier with signature confirmation for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost items during transit.
Please note that all sales on clearance and sale items are final. Returns will not be accepted for any sale or clearance items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in resalable condition, a store credit will be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotional period that has ended, the new order will not qualify for the expired promotion.
Once a store credit or gift card is issued, it cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restocking fee of $35. Shipping costs and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or altered (such as wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc.)."
"VVH Salon Bar Extensions acknowledges that it does not assume liability beyond the remedies outlined herein, including any responsibility for products becoming unavailable after purchase. VVH Salon Bar will not be held liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if such damages were foreseen, or for any claims made by third parties, except as explicitly stated herein. This limitation of liability applies to both products and services.
The customer acknowledges that, regarding any liability associated with product purchases, Yummy Hair Extensions is not accountable for damages exceeding the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchased products under this agreement. Similarly, concerning any liability linked to service purchases not bundled with products under this agreement, VVH Salon Bar is not responsible for damages surpassing the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchased services under this agreement.
